Behind Chamberlin Collective
Ula Chamberlin is the founder of Chamberlin Collective, bringing a unique blend of discipline, adaptability, and real-world experience across elite environments.
Born and raised in Oregon, with deep Hawaiian roots, Ula was a three-sport athlete from an early age—developing a foundation built on structure, resilience, and high performance. She went on to compete at the collegiate level, playing basketball at the University of Oregon, where she experienced firsthand the demands of operating within a high-pressure, high-expectation environment.
Alongside her athletic career, Ula balanced modeling from a young age, gaining early exposure to the industry while managing the demands of competitive sports. In recent years, she has transitioned into modeling full-time, signing with five agencies and expanding her presence across the industry. Working across both sports and modeling has given her a deep understanding of fast-paced, high-visibility lifestyles—where timing, organization, and execution are everything.
These experiences shaped the vision behind Chamberlin Collective. Recognizing the constant movement, pressure, and opportunity that comes with these industries, Ula created a service designed to bring structure, clarity, and seamless support to those operating at a high level.
